100,000 units of affordable housing will provide stable living conditions through the construction of rental houses in large quantities in a pleasant environment.
Volatile asset prices, and a lack of equilibrium of rental prices will be settled through the construction of 100,000 units of affordable housing. We will maximize
the utility of possible resources from Seoul’s land development district, an area of land secured by the authorities in compensation for development, which
features green belts perfect for housing sites. We provide large scale construction initiatives to alleviate one of the public’s greatest concerns: a lack of affordable
housing.
People who were not able to pay for housing in the past, can now afford to have their very own home. We completed the first construction(2001~2006) for the
total of 102,005 units. The second construction (2007~2012) will provide the total of 100,250 units of housing.
