Moonjung is an area of convenience that is connected through wide communication systems such as the Dongbu main highway, and belt way to outer Seoul,
and the subway #8 that is connected to Seungnam and Bundang.
Moonjung area will be reborn as the region that represents Seoul with the Southeastern District of logistics that is now under construction, JangJi land
development district, and the new city of Songpa.
Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation of the Seoul Metropolitan will composite Moonjung area as a ubiquitous business city that can induce the key growth engines such as IT, BT, NT
and courtrooms, public prosecutor’s offices where public administrative functions can work effectively.
